How to Order
You can send an inquiry with the item sku & color & qty you need together with your detail address and preferred shipping method, we will reply you the order cost, shipping cost and lead time. You can get samples before place a bulk order. For customized watch band, you may need to offer us the design artwork and Pantone color number. You may need to pay mold fee for the first order.
Payment Terms
We accept PayPal, Western Union, Moneygram and T/T bank transfer. Your order total includes the item price plus shipping and handling. You are responsible for all import duties & customs taxes charged by your country.
Shipping & Handling
We are always try our best to lower your shipping cost. You can choose the shipping method we offered or arrange shipment by yourself.
- Air Mail by post office usually takes 15 to 30days to USA, Japan, Singapore, Australia and Western Europe. (Cheapest way for light weight goods below 2kg)
- Express Shipping by DHL, EMS, UPS, FEDEX, TNT usually takes 3 to 7days to most countries. (Good choice for goods weight over 1 to 30kg)
- Air Shipping may take 5 to 10days to most countries. There are special door to door airlines.(Speedy shipping for heavy goods)
- Sea Shipping may take 30 to 50 days depends on different countries.(Cheapest way for heavy goods)
Important Note:
